- Comprehensive written analysis of each submitted candidate's background, experience, writing assessment, resume, and compensation history.
- Client interviews candidates.
- Extensive reference review (3-6) and salary verification of candidate when an offer is contemplated.
- "Expectation management" continues as we regularly interface with candidates to ensure continued interest in the position/compensation so that there are no surprises.
- Expert management of the offer process, to ensure that offer is accepted and candidate commences as planned.
